your company with regards to the rent increase you have proposed to
the International Whether or not you are legally entitled to demand a 900% rent increase with only 4 weeks notice, it is a shameful manner in which to deal with tenants of 24 years! We urge you to reconsider your position and take into account the inevitable negative effects your present proposal will have on our city as well as your own reputation.
